These terms govern use of Upnamed. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your company.
Upnamed runs prompts against third-party AI engines, stores the answers, and reports on them. Engines change their behaviour without notice; we do not guarantee that any brand will be named by any engine.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials confidential. Seats may not be shared.
Do not use the service to monitor brands you have no legitimate interest in, to exceed plan limits by automation, to reverse-engineer the service, or in breach of the terms of the AI engines themselves.
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the billing period. Annual plans are refundable pro rata within the first 30 days.
You own your workspace configuration and may export it at any time. Answers from AI engines are provided as returned and remain subject to those engines’ terms. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the web app and API, excluding scheduled maintenance. Current and historical status is published at status.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination we delete workspace data per the retention schedule in the privacy policy.
