Upnamed, Inc. (“Upnamed”) provides software that monitors how AI engines describe companies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Account details you give us (name, work email, company). Workspace configuration (domain, brand aliases, competitors, prompts). Usage data (pages viewed, features used, device and browser). Billing details are processed by our payment provider and not stored by us.
Answers returned by AI engines to your prompts are stored so you can review them and so we can compute scores over time. They are associated with your workspace and are not shared with other customers.
To run the service, bill for it, support you, secure it and improve it. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example, engine-level share of voice across a category) may be published. We do not sell personal data.
Cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and the AI engines we query. A current list is available on request.
Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure. Backups age out within 90 days.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Settings or by writing to privacy@upnamed.com. EU and UK customers can request a data processing agreement.
We will notify account owners by email before material changes take effect.
